Gold Colombia was incorporated under laws of Colombia, South America, its focus is in acquisitions and development of mineral properties
Gold Colombia has 100% of three mining concessions and surface rights in south of Bolivar, Colombia and has all the regulatory permits to produce 500 to 1000 tons per day of gold ore and has signed various memorandum of understanding to acquire several more potential concessions with high grade gold for mining development.
To ensure the gold supply, Gold Colombia invites legal local artisanal miners to join the project. The responsibility of Gold Colombia to continue its operations depends on the development and commercialization of its mineral exploitation projects and the capacity of generating positive cash flow of its operations.
The continuous existence of Gold Colombia depends on the preservation of its interest in the underlying properties, the discovery of economically recoverable reserves and the achievement of profitable operations. The ability to collect additional financing is profitable and will help expand the market and promote the exploitation of available resources.
The Company applies International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and interpretations issued by the International Financial Reporting Interprétations Committee ( IFRIC). These consolidated Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with international Accounting Standards 34, interim Financial Reporting (IAS34). Accordingly, they do not include all the information required for full annual Financial Statements by IFRS as issued by IASB and interpretations issued by IFRIC.
