Our social responsibility approach

For GOLD COLOMBIA, the implementation of its social responsibility approach is important. Each action or intervention in daily activities is based on a three-tiered decision-making pillar. The latter must be respected at all times, systematically. It is more than just a guideline; it’s a code of conduct. The different levels of this decision process are as follows.
